The Fountain by H. L. Huxtable

Mr. H. L. Huxtable was born in Exeter, Devonshire, England, and was educated at St. John’s Grammar School and Exeter University College. Since 1913 the author has lived in Canada, except for the period of the war, when he served in France, Italy and Egypt. Many of Mr. Huxtable’s verses have appeared in Canadian and English magazines.
